Well I thought that my picasa blog this button was actually working, but alas after successfully uploading 'Change' the other day I have tried to put this painting up three times. So I have reverted to the long go through the blog method. Any way this 16 x 20 acrylic on canvas is a composition of several photos. The first to catch my eye was the mountains, and while they may look rather dream like, the painting reflects the true colors of the photo. The field of iris reminded me of somewhere VanGogh may have liked to paint, and finally the chair, which seems to be a frequent in my paintings now. I am working on another right now as a matter of fact. So do you think someone will come, or perhaps it is waiting for you?Monday, April 09, 2007

This painting looks so inviting. I just want to become part of it and sit on that chair.
